       1) OECD의 PISA(국제학업성취도평가)
               ⌜PISA(국제학업성취도평가 program for international student assessment)는 2000년 이후 미국과 캐나다, 프랑스 등 70여 개국이 참가한 공신력 있는 국제적인 평가 프로그램이다.
               이는 15세 학생을 대상으로 의무 교육의 끝나는 시기에 읽기(글 이해력), 수학, 과학 능력을 바탕으로 학생들의 사회 전반적인 참여와 기초학습능력을 평가한다.⌟        
         ■ 음악교육과 PISA의 관련성 : 음악을 배우는 것은 OECD의 PISA에서 필요한 사고 활동이 포함된다.
             (1) 추론능력 (2) 문제에 대한 발견과 해결 (3) 자신감, 인내등의 태도 (4) 커뮤니케이션
         ■ 하모니네이션 커리큘럼 설계와 PISA의 관련성
             교재는 각 단계별로 학습 할 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 다음과 같은 발달과 연관이 있다.

Harmony Youth Symphony Orchestra	Harmony Nation Youth Symphony Orchestra Program	실내악 솔로 프로그램은 최대 12명, 하모니 유스 심포니 오케스트라는 60명 이상의 연주자들로 구성되며 연주곡목은 표준 고전 음악, 퓨전 재즈, 현대 음악을 포함

       2) STEAM 교육 (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics)
          ■ STEAM 교육은 다음과 같은 교육활동을 포함한다.
           (1) 의사소통을 통한 지식 공유
           (2) 음악활동을 통한 과거와 현재의 문화, 미학에 대한 더 나은 이해
           (3) 리듬을 통한 수학에 대한 이해
           (4) 교양과 함께 사회성 발달, 인간본성과 윤리에 대한 이해

3. 글로벌문화 시민교육 with Harmony Nation Education System

Harmony nation education system provides the mind-framework of the Global Cultural Citizenship Education. This is accomplished through teaching and learning music to promote the following mind: the ethical mind; the disciplinary mind; the synthesizing mind; the creating mind and the respectful mind. We live in a time of vast changes. And those changes call for entirely new ways of learning and thinking. Harmony Nation education system uses Five Minds for the Future where it defines the cognitive abilities that will command the future years ahead. The five minds include disciplinary mind—mastery of major schools of thoughts and of at least one professional craft (in this case, it will be the choice of a student’s instrument); the synthesizing mind—ability to integrate ideas from different disciplines or spheres into a coherent whole and to communicate that integration to others; the creating mind—capacity to uncover and clarify new problems, questions, and phenomena; the respectful mind—awareness of and appreciation for differences among human beings and human groups; and the ethical mind—fulfillment of one’s responsibilities as a worker and citizenship. Harmony nation education system will inspire the learner with a lifelong learning apt as well as providing valuable insights for those charged with training and developing leadership, both today and tomorrow.
